Atkins Drive Lighting Project

⁠⁠⁠The project forms part of the Bundilla Revitalisation Program, aimed at enhancing public safety, accessibility, and amenity within the Bundilla Beach precinct. The objective of this stage is to design, supply (where applicable), and install a fully compliant public lighting system along Atkins Drive, which serves as the primary access route to Bundilla Beach Park.

Currently, Atkins Drive is unlit, creating safety concerns for both pedestrians and vehicles, particularly during evening hours when community use of Bundilla Beach Park is highest. The installation of a new lighting system will provide:

-Improved safety and security for pedestrians and drivers.

-Enhanced accessibility for all community members, including compliance with relevant Australian Standards.

-Improved amenity and usability of Bundilla Beach Park during evening hours, supporting the objectives of the Bundilla Revitalisation Program.
