AlburyCity is on the hunt for talented solo or duo buskers and quick-witted comedians to bring AMP Laneway to life at Laughs in the Lane — a celebration of live performance, local talent, and good vibes in the heart of Albury’s CBD.

Be part of Laughs in the Lane and discover a transformed AMP Laneway with live music, sharp comedy, great food and a moody atmosphere made for adults. It’s intimate, lively, and a brilliant chance to show off your skills.

Technical Requirements

•  Professional AV, lighting and power provided.
•  Performers must supply their own instruments, props and equipment.

How to Apply

Submit your EOI by Friday, 20 March 2026 and applicants will be notified of the outcome by Friday, 27 March 2026.

What we’re looking for: solo or duo musicians and quick-witted comedians to help turn the lane into an intimate, adults-only evening of live performance, sharp humour and good atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For

•  Acoustic or low-amplification buskers (25-minute rotating sets).
•  Stand-up comedians (10-minute sets).
•  Performers comfortable with close-up, roaming audiences.
•  Applicants must be 18+.

What’s Provided

•  Designated performance spot.
•  Basic power access.
•  Promotion as part of the event.
•  $50 Albury CBD gift card thank you.

5:00 PM–9:00 PM.
