West End Cropping/Grazing Lease Proposal Sewerage Farm Parcel

Shire of Moora invites lease proposal submissions from local community groups/sporting clubs to lease approx. 36 hectares of West End for the purpose of cropping and or grazing. It is the eastern portion around the Shire sewerage infrastructure. The term of the lease will be from 17 March 2026. Applicant must submit a lease proposal for a maximum of 2 years. The subsidised community lease rate is set at $25 per hectare (ex GST).

Terms and conditions will be negotiated between Council and the successful applicant. Funds raised must go toward capital improvements of the respective club/community groups’ infrastructure.

Submissions close Thursday 12 March 2026 at 4.00pm, and are to be marked “Tender 03/2026” addressed to Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Moora, 34 Padbury Street, Moora WA 6510; posted to PO Box 211 Moora WA 6510; emailed to records@moora.wa.gov.au or hand delivered to the Shire Office. Enquiries to be directed to Acting CEO Maurice Battilana on 9651 0000. No tender will be necessarily accepted. Canvassing of Councillors or staff will disqualify.
