Managed Print Services Contract

Port Macquarie Hastings Council (PMHC) is a NSW local government agency positioned approximately midway between Sydney and Brisbane, encompassing the three main centres of Port Macquarie, Laurieton, and Wauchope. PMHC has a team of approximately 760 people, spread across 12 primary sites.

PMHC is seeking information from prospective suppliers capable of delivering a Managed Print Service (MPS) solution for our organisation. The purpose of this RFI is to identify qualified suppliers who can meet our service requirements, including strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times. This RFI is not a Request for Tender (RFT) or Request for Quote (RFQ). It is intended to assess market capability and identify suppliers for a future tender process. Respondents must demonstrate their ability to provide local support within the Port Macquarie region to meet SLA obligations.
