Tender Description
Operating Model require accommodation close to Jacana House - 39 Woods Street, Darwin City for 2026. We have completed a travel plan for the year so we can negotiate the best value for money nightly rate.
By having accommodation close to the Woods Street Office, the expense for Taxi/ Ubers to the office is reduced and there is access to amenities (restaurants and cafe's for meal options)
We would like the option of a one-bedroom self-contained apartment for a nightly rate.
