The CFC seeks an end-to-end provision and delivery of a CRM solution that can integrate through API, webhook or middleware:
- With existing CFC ticketing systems (Nliven and Humanitix) and business systems such as Sage 300;
OR
- Combines CRM and ticketing in a single platform, with capability to integrate with CFC business systems such as Sage 300.
