Request for Tender (RFT) for the Proactive AV Maintenance Services

The University of Sydney operates a large and diverse portfolio of audio visual (AV) systems across its campuses to support teaching, learning, research, and events.

The University is seeking to engage suitably qualified service providers to deliver proactive AV maintenance services that ensure the ongoing reliability, performance, and compliance of these systems. Services include preventative maintenance, inspections, asset audits, consumables supply, compliant waste disposal, access coordination, and same day reporting, with works typically undertaken outside of standard teaching hours to minimise operational disruption.
