This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Australian Prudential Regulatory Authority (APRA) is seeking to engage an External Specialist Assurer to undertake an independent mid-year Delivery Confidence Assessment (DCA) review of the GUIDE Program.
The purpose of this engagement is to:
• Provide an independent assessment of delivery confidence across the GUIDE Program (or targeted streams/governance areas, as agreed),
• Inform the Senior Responsible Official (SRO), governance committees, and the DTA of current delivery confidence, key risks, and priority improvement actions, and
• Meet APRA’s ongoing Tier 2 assurance obligations under the DTA Assurance Framework.
