1. E2E Compliance Statement of Requirements

BCNSW is taking a phased approach to consolidating case management functions onto Salesforce Public Sector Solutions across several compliance functions and decommissioning downstream systems and reducing manual processes.

This will be carried out in two phases:

• Phase 1: CAS Replacement. Some manual processes and systems will remain to ensure the decommissioning of CAS can proceed with no impact on business as usual.

• Phase 2: End to End Compliance Transformation to move manual processes online and consolidate several other downstream systems.
