Comprehensive Maintenance Service for Lifts and Associated Equipment across MSH

Offers are invited by Metro South Hospital and Health Service (MSHHS or MSH) for SP480 for the provision of Comprehensive Maintenance Service for Lifts and Associated Equipment across MSH. Comprehensive Maintenance Service means the provision of a fully managed lift and dumbwaiter maintenance service that includes both Preventive Maintenance (Planned Maintenance) and Corrective Maintenance (Reactive/Breakdown Maintenance) to ensure that all lifts and dumbwaiters remain safe, compliant, reliable and operational, in accordance with applicable legislation, standards and manufacturer requirements.
