Panel of Providers for Minor Civil Works and Tree Services

Byron Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to join a panel of providers for the supply of Minor Civil Works and Tree Services.

Interested organisations must complete and submit the returnable schedules in Part B to be considered for the Contract.

Interested organisations may price either the minor civil works category, or the tree services category, or both categories.

The Contract term is three years subject to satisfactory performance by the successful Tenderer, which will be determined by Byron Shire Council. There will be two contract extension options of one year each. The decision to offer a contract extension will be at Council’s sole discretion.

Enquiries in relation to this Request for Tender can be direct to the Contact Person. All requests for clarification must be submitted to the online forum via the Nominated Tender Website. The anticipated start date for the contract is 1 April 2026.

On selection, the successful Tenderer(s) will be required to execute a Contract with Council in the same or a substantially similar form.
