Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake refurbishment works at 9 Yanboomah Close, Newman WA 6753.

The Work includes but is not limited to internal and external works such as patching and replacement of plasterboard, flooring, painting, reglazing, electrical, plumbing, roofing work, tree pruning, and cleaning.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at 9 Yanboomah Close, Newman on 5 March 2026 10:00 AM.

A mandatory site briefing will be held on-site at the premises. The location of the briefing will be 9 Yanboomah Close, Newman WA 6753.
