Professional Services for Microsoft M365, Azure and W365

The purpose of this tasking statement for the Australian Submarine Agency (ASA) is to state the Commonwealths’ requirements for work to be carried out under the tasking statement and to allocate work responsibilities between the Commonwealth and the service provider. Delivery of work will be at the direction of the Commonwealth of Australia (CoA) representative/s which may include alter tasks not outlined in the tasking statement but relevant to the strategic outcome to be achieved.

The contract is required to resource the ASA ICT Architecture/Engineering and Nuclear Information Systems directorates that will:

• Provide project management and project governance

• Continue architecture and engineering activities

• Manage environment operational Support

• Assist with user onboarding support

The contracted workforce will deliver required ICT engineering, operational and onboarding support for both ASA directorates. The contracted workforce will also be required to assist ASA to develop a master schedule to track various enhancements being made to the M365, Azure and W365 environments.
