Tamworth Regional Council Pools - Fire Protection Servicing Contract

Tamworth Regional Council is seeking a qualified fire protection service provider to deliver inspection, testing, maintenance, and compliance services across six aquatic facilities.

The contract includes routine servicing of portable fire extinguishers and fire blankets in accordance with AS 1851, the review and replacement of evacuation diagrams, and the provision of all documentation required to support Council’s Annual Fire Safety Statement obligations.

The successful contractor will be responsible for accurate asset recording, defect reporting limited to legislative and standards-based non-compliance, and timely submission of work orders and compliance documents to ensure each facility remains safe, operational, and fully compliant with regulatory requirements.
