RFQ - Detailed Design for Additional Undersea Water Pipelines

Torres Shire Council (TSC) seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant to undertake the full detailed design of new undersea potable water pipelines between Horn Island–Thursday Island and Thursday Island–Hammond Island. The project is a critical enabler of housing growth, service expansion, and long-term water security for the Torres Strait community.

The Consultant will be responsible for delivering construction-ready designs, modelling, investigations, cost estimates, staging plans, and associated documentation in accordance with TSC standards, legislative requirements, and industry best practice.
