Environmental Monitoring Program

⁠⁠⁠The scope of the procurement includes the provision of sample collection, laboratory analysis, interpretation, and reporting services. Monitoring will be required to test the relevant environmental parameters of ambient air quality, water quality of wastewater discharge and groundwater, soil contamination, and stacked emissions depending on the specific regulatory or program objectives. Testing is required on a regular schedule throughout the year, with the ability for the Mint to seek ad-hoc testing services as required to support incident investigations.
