LGCA - Legal Services Panel for Councils

Local Government Contracts Australia (LGCA) would like to invite suitable suppliers to the following opportunity to be on a Legal Services Panel, for use by Victorian councils.

The purpose is to establish a panel of a Legal Services suppliers to enable councils to procure these services via the National Local Government Suppliers Register (NLGSR), administered by LGCA.

We are seeking legal service providers across the following subcategories:

• Public and Coronial Inquiries
• Construction, Infrastructure and Major Projects

This approach is designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and efficient procurement process while enabling suppliers to be visible to participating councils predominantly within Victoria but also nationally.

Please note: once suppliers complete the supplier registration form, you will be sent instruction to complete Request to Qualify online documents in full by the close date.

Important Deadline:

The suppliers are required to complete their Request to Qualify (RTQ) via the LGCA portal for the NLGSR in full by 5pm AEDT Friday, 20th March 2026.

Please note: The LGCA's National Local Government Supplier Register (NLGSR) will remain open after this date for future opportunities with other councils nationally, however, we encourage suppliers to complete their RTQ by the deadline to ensure they receive early council opportunities.
