Council invites Interested Parties to submit a quotation to advertise and sell the Council owned property known as the “Mechanics Institute”, being 87-93 Brisbane Street, Tamworth and includes the following Lots:

1. Lot 81 in Deposited Plan 818564; and
2. Lot 1 in Deposited Plan 356314.

The property is zoned E2 – Commercial Centre and is approximately 1,278m2 in size.

The property is accessible via Brisbane Street and the Council owned laneway at the rear of the property. The building is single story with a floor area of approximately 325m2.

Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any submission and anyone who directly or indirectly canvasses support from an elected member or servant of the Council will be disqualified.
