Request for Provision of Flotsam, Jetsam and Marine Debris Seaweed Removal Service in Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbour

The Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure (DTMI) is seeking the services of a suitably qualified entity to provide a Flotsam, Jetsam and Marine Debris Removal Service within the designated water area of the Fishing Boat Harbour, Fremantle, Western Australia as shown in Attachment 1 and Attachment 2.

Briefing 

A briefing session will be held at 14 Capo D’Orlando Drive, South Fremantle on 10 March 2026 9:00 AM.

Those attending the briefing are requested to meet the Department's representatives at Marine Operations Centre, 14 Capo D’Orlando Drive, South Fremantle, 6162. After the briefing there will be a site inspection – at Jetty 2 Capo D’Orlando drive and continuing to Mews Road, meeting at the carpark at 46 Mews Road Fremantle, 6160.
