Warehousing for Road Safety and Drug Education Resources

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Education (the Department), Road Safety and Drug Education (RSDE) branch, requires a service contract to be established for the warehousing storage, dispatch and reporting of road safety and drug education resources.

There are currently 32 unique resources in stock, requiring 91 pallets of storage space. These numbers may fluctuate, and projections indicate this could increase to 79 unique resources and approximately 120 pallets. It is anticipated that approximately 1,500 orders will be dispatched annually, subject to program requirements. All storage relates exclusively to hard-copy resources.

Online Briefing

An online briefing session will be held on 8 May 2026 10:00 AM.

A non-mandatory briefing to Respondents will be conducted at:

• Date: Friday, 8 May 2026
• Time: 10 AM, Western Australia
• Location: Microsoft Teams, online meeting.

The Respondent is requested to confirm its attendance by no later than 3 PM, Western Australia, Thursday 7 May 2026 by contacting Adrian Allen via email adrian.allen@dohw.wa.gov.au

The Respondent must provide the name, position title, organisation name, phone number and email address of the Respondent’s representative(s) attending the meeting and quote the Request Number, ED251964.
