School of Ed Relocation Joondalup B8 D and C Landscaping

Edith Cowan University (ECU) is seeking to engage a qualified landscape contractor with proven experience in Design & Construct (D&C) delivery for the landscaping works associated with the SoEd Building 8 & 9 Refurbishment Project located on the Joondalup Campus.

The appointed contractor will be responsible for concept design, design development and construction delivery, ensuring all works comply with:

•  The Scope of Works outlined in this document
•  Current and relevant Australian Standards and the National Construction Code (NCC)
•  Local authority requirements and approvals

This request for proposal (RFP) includes:

•  Project objectives and deliverables
•  Critical timeframes and milestones
•  Contract requirements and conditions
•  Quality assurance and compliance obligations
