Tender Description
We're seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced organizations to provide environmental services, including unexploded ordinance management, throughout Western Power’s approved licence area (“the Opportunity”).
Western Power intends to establish a panel arrangement for the provision of environmental services with the following service categories:| Category | Category name | Description of services |

Important notes for respondents
By participating in this Opportunity, the Respondent agrees to the following:
- Registering your interest does not guarantee inclusion in any future procurement activity, nor does it guarantee selection as a supplier to Western Power.
- Western Power reserves the right to modify, postpone, cancel, or change its procurement strategy at any stage. Participation in this RFI does not limit Western Power’s ability to engage the market through alternative methods or pursue different sourcing approaches.
- Participation in this RFI does not constitute a solicitation, offer, or commitment by Western Power for any current or future work and does not create any contractual or legal obligations of any kind.
- All costs and expenses associated with preparing and submitting a response are the sole responsibility of the respondent. Western Power will not, under any circumstances, be liable for any such costs.

Suppliers shortlisted for any subsequent procurement process will be required to comply with the following Safety, Health and Environmental requirements, which may be amended from time to time:
