Refresh - Register of Pre-qualified Suppliers for the Supply of Road Building Materials

⁠⁠⁠Balonne Shire Council is seeking to enter into a Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers for Supply & Deliver of Road Building Materials.

This Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers provides Council with a list of supply rates for road building materials that may be required and could include materials including grave, loam, sand, culverts, stabalizing agents, crusher dust or any other road building materials including signs during the period. The contractor may work anywhere within the Balonne Shire Council on works organised by the Council. The contractor may be required to operate independently of, or with Council staff for periods of time throughout the year.

This Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers shall run for twenty-four (24) months with the option of an extension of up to twelve (12) months.

Submissions will be evaluated on price for the twelve (12) month term, experience, capability and ability to supply as per the requirements outlined.

Suppliers who have already been appointed do not need to re-apply.

Please Note - That crushing, haul or win of road base materials from a Council owned pit now fall under the Wet & Dry Plant Hire Tender.
