Managed ICT Service

Tenders are invited from reliable Managed Services Providers (MSP) to support the operationalisation of recommendations noted in a recent Strategic ICT Review, ensuring day-to-day operations continue to run smoothly, systems remain stable, and the organisation's ICT environment is well maintained.

The successful MSP will work collaboratively with the Shire to maintain an effective ICT Operational Budget, ensuring ongoing compliance with the Auditor General's requirements for a Tier 3 Local Government, particularly in relation to Cyber Security and system integrity.
