EOI Lease and Management of Storage Facility

Isaac Regional Council is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for an Incorporated Association to lease a Storage Facility at Eastern Sporting Fields, for community recreational purposes.

Expressions of Interest are due by midnight on Monday, 16 March 2026

EOI ASSESMENT CRITERIA

An assessment panel will be evaluating the submissions against the following key selection criteria:

• Operational and financial ability to manage and operate the facility long-term (30%)
• Facility Management (30%)
• Meet regulatory framework and requirements (20%)
• Understanding of the local community (20%)
