Commercial High Use Permits

⁠⁠⁠Council invites tenders from suitable commercial operators for a Commercial High Use Permit (‘Permit’) in the Noosa Main Beach Precinct, allowing the use of community land for specified commercial purposes, in accordance with the Commercial Use of Community Land Policy.

Permits are offered for a period of five (5) years and applicants may apply for any permit from the range of activities, however, successful applicants will only be granted a maximum of two (2) permits from the range available.

Only the listed activities and locations are offered via this Request for Tender. Alternate proposals will not be considered.
