Enterprise Architecture as a Service

IP Australia has a strategic imperative to analyse key business needs and drivers, leading to the uplift in maturity and ongoing function of its Enterprise Architecture capability. To this end, we are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead business analysis and Enterprise Architecture maturity and delivery.

Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Architecture, you will be responsible for raising the maturity level of all aspects of IP Australia’s Enterprise Architecture function, both through development of formal processes and frameworks, through to the delivery of Enterprise Architecture services and artefacts in support of business transformation. You will work closely with architecture peers, technical and business subject matter experts and organisation leaders to enable a cohesive and comprehensive view of IP Australia‘s technical environment, facilitating and achieving strategic objectives across the organisation.

We are seeking to engage the business analysis and Enterprise Architecture services under a flexible “as-a-Service” arrangement. This is a key role working in close collaboration with the Director Strategy and Architecture and broader technology and leadership teams. The Enterprise Architect will develop and deliver architecture frameworks, processes and reporting mechanisms, then deliver the Enterprise Architecture function in conjunction and collaboration with other members of the Data and Technology Services and wider Organisational support/delivery teams.
