Tender Description
SWSPHN is seeking to commission local community service providers to deliver the Stepping On program.
SWSPHN recognises that the SWS region and service providers have varying service delivery capacity, unique community connections, and local accessibility differences. As such, eligible providers are invited to nominate LGAs and/or priority populations within the SWSPHN region that they propose to service under this contract, and to outline the rationale for their proposed coverage.
Proposals should describe their demonstrated effective capability to deliver Stepping On or similar targeted programs in their nominated locations and/or priority populations.
SWSPHN may contract with one or more providers to achieve regional coverage, depending on the service areas and target cohorts proposed, and the overall quality and value of submissions.
