⁠⁠⁠Cassowary Coast Regional Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for the future use of the Council-owned property at 7 River Avenue, Innisfail, located on the scenic banks of the South Johnstone River near the town centre.

Previously operated as a caravan park, the site offers an exciting opportunity for qualified applicants to propose innovative uses, whether as a caravan park or a tourism, cultural, environmental, or community-focused enterprise.
