Change Management Office (CMO) Services for the Westport Program

Westport (the program) is a multi-billion-dollar, long-horizon initiative delivering one of Australia’s most significant and complex infrastructure developments.

The Westport Program is seeking to procure a small and agile Change Management Office (led by a Project Manager) for the Westport Change Management program. The purpose of this Contract is to facilitate and lead change activities that will support Westport’s current requirements.
