Tender Description
Port Macquarie-Hastings Council (PMHC) invites tenders for PM SPS20 Rising Main Replacement (Stage2) Under-bore. The scope of the Request for tender is for carrying out Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) and installation of DN450 HDPE pipe inside the bore in accordance with the under-bore design drawings. Further details are provided in Part B – Specification and associated annexures.
A pre-tender briefing will be held at Emerald Drive - Port Macquarie, see deatils in 3.1 Part A - Conditions of Tendering.
Attendance at this briefing/site inspection is a mandatory requirement of participation.
Potential Tenderers must advise Council of the number and names of attendees via email to tam.nguyen@pmhc.nsw.gov.au by 17.00 pm Tuesday, 24th February 2026.
All clarifications must be sought within the tender period and no later than question closing date, please refer to 3.1 Part A - Conditions of Tendering.
Submissions that include clarifications, assumptions, or departures will be deemed non-conforming and will not be progressed for evaluation.
