Compact Rail Driving Simulator

CQUniversity seeks to procure a compact, flexible rail driving simulator for the Appleton Institute in Adelaide to support human factors, safety, and systems research. The simulator will be used for experimental studies rather than training.

The preferred system will offer Australian-relevant rolling stock and infrastructure, researcher-accessible scenario and track-building tools, open data export, and a modular design that supports future upgrades. Suppliers must be able to provide technical and software support, with delivery required in 2026.
