EOI - Container Cafe Lease

Council invites expressions of interest for the lease of the Container Café, located within the Youth Precinct and Mountain Bike Trailhead off Crown Street, Tenterfield.

This is a unique opportunity in a high-use recreation precinct, supporting community activity and visitors to the trail network.

An Information Memorandum is available and provides a general overview of the premises and lease opportunity. Interested parties must submit an Expression of Interest by completing the EOI Registration Form. Please email your completed EOI form to council@tenterfield.nsw.gov.au.
