Tautoro School - Block 9 & 10 Admin, Library and Car Park Design

⁠⁠⁠The Principal requires a Lead Designer to provide full architectural, engineering, landscape, planning, geotechnical, and design management services for the replacement of Blocks 9 and 10 and the redesign of the carpark at Tautoro School. The Services encompass the complete design lifecycle from Master Planning through Detailed Design, followed by support for procurement of the construction works and design observation during construction.

The Lead Designer must ensure all documentation complies with the Ministry of Education Design Standards for School Property, Far North District Council consent regulations, NZBC, meets functional and educational needs, incorporates cultural design elements identified with iwi, and supports the school’s operational requirements.

The works are planned to start 6 April 2026.
