Duck River Parklets Upgrade Project

Council (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Contractors, organisations, or individuals to undertake the Duck River Parklets Playground Upgrade in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFT.

The works to be executed includes the supply and installation of all play equipment, landscape materials, tools, equipment, consumables, labour, safety requirements and supervision to complete the works.

The work is awarded for the contract work on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the tender pricing schedules herein. The applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the attached Conditions of Contract

Pretender site briefing / inspection (Mandatory)

All respondents are required to attend the mandatory pre-tender site briefing / inspection on 26th February 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
