Pool Plant Preventative Maintenance

⁠⁠⁠Port Stephens Council (PSC) requires the services of a suitable company to provide the below services on Council’s three (3) Aquatic Centres located throughout the Port Stephens Local Government Area:

•  Swimming pool system maintenance services
•  Swimming pool plant & equipment preventative maintenance plans
•  Swimming pool plant condition assessment reports which will provide critical information for
•  Asset register
•  Condition reports (condition ratings)
•  Lifecycle replacement/renewal programs (including costing)

A mandatory site meeting is required and will be conducted on Friday 27th February 2026 commencing 9am concluding at approximately noon on the same day.

Site meeting will commence at Tomaree Aquatic Centre, followed by Tilligerry Aquatic Centre and concluding at Lakeside Leisure Centre.
