Overview of requirements
The EOI for Grounds Maintenance services relates to services to be delivered at Berwick, Cranbourne, Dandenong, Frankston, Mornington Peninsula, Springvale and Bass Coast Campuses. Chisholm is seeking a partnership with a quality services provider.
The purpose of this invitation is to identify a short list of providers for Grounds Maintenance trades category to be invited to tender for the provision of fixed rate planned and responsive maintenance services.
Overview of Services.
The Grounds maintenance service provider is expected to provide the following services.
•Planned grounds maintenance
•Responsive grounds maintenance
•Assistance with small landscaping and rectification projects
The service provider will need to provide routine grounds maintenance across all our campuses and respond to work orders as required. The grounds team will need to meet the required response times for high importance works such as damage during storms or weather event
