The Project has the following objectives
- Uplift the AV Hardware in the council Chamber and adjoining meeting rooms
- Easy to use solution with robust stability
- Retain the current functions of the AV System and improve where possible
- The ability to record council meetings
- Remote participation (Teams Preferred)
- On going support, including onsite for council meetings
