Tender Description
Coast2Bay Housing Group are calling for Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified building contractors for the Design & Construction of domestic and family violence emergency accommodation in the Moreton Bay area. The project comprises four (4) NCC class 1 townhouses.
To be considered for this EOI it’s preferred you have some of, or all of the following:
1. Recent experience delivering comparable projects, preferably in the Moreton Bay or Sunshine Coast regions
2. Experience in delivering small scale design & construct Social Housing and/or Government funded projects
3. Availability to commence construction in FY26
4. Safety, Environmental & Quality management systems (prefer 3rd party certified)
