Management and Operation of Kokoda and Long Tan Memorial Pools

⁠⁠⁠The objective of this tender is to appoint a contractor under an Operate and Maintain Agreement for the management and operation of the nominated aquatic facilities for the full term of the agreement. The contractor is obligated to:

•  operate and maintain the facilities in compliance with all relevant standards, policies and applicable legislation; and
•  ensure the financial viability and sustainability of the business throughout the agreement term; and
•  proactively identify and implement strategies to enhance patronage, increase revenue, and foster engagement with the local Townsville community.
