Plant and Equipment Hire

⁠⁠⁠The City of Stirling (City) invites tenders from qualified and experienced Contractors to be on a Pre-Qualified Supplier Panel to provide plant and equipment hire within the City of Stirling.

The City hires a wide range of plant and equipment over the course of the year for various locations throughout the City. The plant and equipment hire services are to supplement the City’s own resources in order to meet peak demands and to assist in the completion of the City’s works program.

The Contractor is required to provide services on a job-by-job basis. The items may be required on a ‘wet’ (operator and fuel included) and on a ‘dry’ (no operator) hire basis.

Basis of Contract Award

The City intends to award Contracts to five (5) Respondents, and reserves the right to award contracts to more or fewer suppliers if deemed appropriate.
