Physical Security Services and Building and Facilities Alarm Monitoring

⁠⁠⁠Moreton Bay City Council has buildings, facilities, community centres, halls and amenities across the region for use by Council staff and the public which require security services to a high standard.

Physical Security services are to be completed on a scheduled basis as detailed in the tender documents.

Alarm monitoring requires 24/7 monitoring of alarms at various buildings and facilities.

Council is offering this tender to the market in two Separable Portions:

• Separable Porton 1 – Physical Security
• Separable Portion 2 – Building and Facilities Alarm Monitoring

Tenderers may provide an offer for one, or both Separable Portions. No offer will be considered for part of either Separable Portion.
