HVAC System Upgrade and Associated Works

Following the HVAC and mechanical system inspection and condition assessment of the ventilation system at West Kimberley House, Derby, the HVAC system was found to be in poor condition and requires upgrading to improve air conditioning throughout the building. The assessment also highlighted that the existing equipment has reached its end of service life, emphasising the critical need for a system upgrade.

We are seeking a skilled, suitably qualified, and experienced mechanical and HVAC contractor with expertise in HVAC and BMS system upgrade works. The contractor must successfully complete the project on schedule and meet all requirements.
