Expression of Interest - Construct Only - Mackay Swab Box Upgrade

Racing Queensland (RQ) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the Construction of Dual Swab Box at Mackay Turf Club. RQ requires a single Principal Contractor who can manage and deliver the project.

The EOI is the first stage of a multi-stage procurement process, designed to:

• Understand Contractor capability, capacity, and availability;

• Assess market interest and competitiveness;

• Identify Contractors suitable for progression to a formal tender, expected in March 2026.
