Inner West Council is seeking to establish a flexible ICT Services Panel to support the delivery of a Digital Skills Uplift Program.

Purpose

The program is intended to strengthen the digital capability of Council's workforce, enabling staff at all levels to confidently adopt new technologies and deliver exceptional service to the community.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Establishment of a flexible ICT Services Panel
  • Delivery of a Digital Skills Uplift Program to strengthen the digital capability of Council's workforce
  • Delivery of panel services in a timely and value-for-money manner
  • Maintenance of strong standards of probity, compliance, and data security
