BCA Condition, Structural & Compliance Audit

⁠⁠⁠Alexandrina Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to provide asset condition, structural and compliance audit services for a range of community buildings located across the Alexandrina Council area:

The services are to be provided for community buildings located across the Alexandrina Council area, including buildings that are owned, leased, or managed by Council and occupied by Council staff, community groups, or commercial tenants.

The Council requires the Services to obtain accurate and consistent information regarding the condition, structural integrity, and legislative compliance of its community buildings.

The outcomes of the Services will be used to

• Identify compliance and condition risks using a risk-based approach
• Inform compliance action plans and asset renewal programs
• Support Council’s Asset Management Plans and Long-Term Financial Plan
• Ensure community buildings are safe, compliant, and fit for purpose

The Services will be delivered under an Agreement for Services for an initial term of three (3) years. During the term of the Agreement, Council may progressively commission audits on a per building basis, including audits of additional buildings introduced into Council’s portfolio, subject to budget approval and formal instruction. Pricing for all Services will be in accordance with the rates established through this Request for Quote.

Respondents shall provide the Services in accordance with the Specifications included with the RFQ documentation and Council will enter into an Agreement for Services with the successful Respondent.
