Tender Description
The Department of Mining and Energy requires a suitably qualified consultant to support the detailed policy design and rule drafting for the new Territory Electricity Market (TEM) that the NT Government has decided to implement.
The suitable consultant will have specialist expertise and experience in the design and development of electricity markets and related rule drafting, with a particular focus on the design of efficient contracts/power purchase agreements, the processes for unit scheduling and economic dispatch, and the settlement framework to efficiently allocate.
