Tender Description
Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations to provide a managed service for asset valuations, predictive lifecycle modelling for capital renewals and maintenance, and Asset Management Plan (AMP) updates in support of Cumberland City Council’s Assets operations for 3+1 (optional) year contract term.
The Contract will be established as a combination of Lump Sum (for annual revaluation/modelling/AMP update packages) and Schedule of Rates (for ad hoc support and additional services).
The applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the attached Conditions of Contract.
