The Department of Natural Resources and Mines, Manufacturing and Regional and Rural Development (the Department) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified organisations (or consortiums of organisations) with the knowledge, skills, experience and resources to undertake the transformation study.
Potential suppliers are invited to put forward an EOI. Respondents evaluated as suitable through this EOI process will be invited to quote for the transformation study which will include a more comprehensive set of evaluation requirements. Through this two-stage procurement opportunity, the department is seeking to engage a suitably qualified supplier to complete the transformation study prior to the end of 2026 including the provision of a draft deliverable by 30 September 2026.
