Civil Infrastructure Works Craigie Lea Industrial Estate Development

Narromine Shire Council is undertaking civil infrastructure works to support the development of the Craigie Lea Lane Industrial Estate, Narromine. The project forms part of Councils ongoing program to increase the supply of serviced industrial land and enable employment-generating investment within the Narromine Shire.

The works include the construction of subdivision infrastructure to facilitate the development of 28 industrial lots and additional service lots. In addition, the project includes delivery of a major water supply connection to support the industrial estate, including the construction of a new water pipeline from the Narromine Water Treatment Plant to Craigie Lea Lane.

Council is seeking tenders from suitably experienced civil contractors to deliver the Works safely, efficiently and to the required quality standard, in accordance with the Contract documents, drawings and specifications.

Construction is scheduled to commence in June 2026, with completion anticipated in early 2027.
